With this medal you will receive a training plan to help you reach your goal. 
Each week we will email you to share tips, advice and encourage you to share where you are on your journey.

All the details will be emailed you to you after purchase so make sure to check your junk/spam email folders once you have signed up, and add runnerswhorock@outlook.com to your safe senders list
 
With your order you will receive an email with a free playlist to complete the distance plus a medal and certifcate after your virtual run.

You do not have to run - you can complete the distance in as many sessions as needed

    Return postage is not covered unless your item is damaged.

  • POSTAGE INFORMATION

    If you choose to purchase standard postage, we cannot offer a replacement for items lost in post - only those with the 'Signed' option can be replaced.

    International postage is the standard price through Royal Mail, however, if you would rather use a different shipping please contact us. We can send numerous medals in 1 pack to reduce shipping costs
