What You Need to Know
All orders have standard and tracked postage options, we highly recommend your use the tracked option on every order as only orders that are tracked can be replaced free of charge if lost in transit.
If you choose the incorrect postage option for order, we will send an invoice via PayPal for the outstanding amount. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs so please ensure you choose single or multiple medal options
International postage is the standard price through Royal Mail, however, if you would rather use a different shipping please contact us. We can send numerous medals in 1 pack to reduce shipping costs.

Only orders that are shipped Royal Mail Recorded or International Tracked can be replaced if lost in transit.
If your item is lost in the post and you did not pick either of these options, you will need to pay a cost price for your replacement. We highly recommend you use the tracked service with every order.
For a full refund, you must return all items: the medal, certificate, sweets and the envelope it was sent in. Any of these items that are missing will be deducted from the final refund value.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us a photo and details and we will replace free of charge
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days to notify us from the date of purchase (Excludes clothing as these are made to your specifications)
All cancellations must be sent via email to and we can only refund to your original payment method
